[FCNYC] ADMIN: Responding to an offer or wanted post

 

Dear Members:

I've noticed a number of people still replying to the group address rather than to the member's email address.

If you would like to reply to a post on this list please remember to send your reply TO THE MEMBER WHO POSTED and not to the group address. There is no need to cc the group address either. Please be sure you do not hit "reply all" (if you receive individual emails from the list) or be sure to copy and paste just the sender's address into your replying email (if you receive the digest).

If you have any questions about how to respond to a post on this list, please feel free to write to us moderators and we'll be happy to guide you.
