NO connectors at both ends, you have to crimp your own, or use a punchdown tool to secure it to your block.

Don't bother to ask for this if:
1) you do not know how to crimp the RJ-45 connectors. OR
2) you do not know how to use (or have a) punchdown tool to secure the cable to terminal block.
