A/C: 10,000BTU, Frigidaire unit with remote. Will require cleaning to top and front as pigeons have pooped on it. May require new filter. Otherwise in great condition.

Table: Ikea table, legs screw on and off, tabletop measures 47" (w) x 31.5" (d); height with legs is 29". Can be used as desk or kitchen table, etc. Pics available.
