don't even read this post unless:

1) you have an AM2 motherboard and is in need of a CPU chip.
2) you know how to put in the chip and CPU fan, and has the necessary tools and thermal compound.
3) you have the power supply, graphics card, cables etc. for a complete PC system.
4) you are serious about picking up and will show up with your physical ass

Chip is Model No.: SDD3400IAA3CN -- 35 Watts.

Chip and CPU fan only.

Fan did not come with this CPU, but it is for a faster processor (fan was for a Athlon 64 LE-1640 which is 45 Watts so fan must work)

I have no thermal compound to give you, you get your own please.

Fan was never used, CPU used for 2 days before it was upgraded.

--If you dont' need it don't ask for it.
--Don't bother to sell it, I tried.
