This is a bag of cancelled stamps, wont interest a current collector, but could be good for a new collector, someone who is crafty, a teacher perhaps? they are mostly on paper, some in terrific condition, others with dark cancellations. There are hundreds here. Many of the various iterations of the "flag" stamp. Different amounts, many years here.
