my mom gave these to me - most of the bottle of vitamins and most of the minerals left. i think they're nonsense, but they cost a fortune and some ppl swear by 'em. yours if you want 'em. pick up before 9:30 am or between 2-4 pm anyday -- i'm working around my baby's irregular schedule and we live in one room so it's not easy to have folks coming and going. but early am and latish afternoon safe.
