[FCNYC] Offer: Bed Buddy Ice/Heat pack (UWS @ 74th)

Microwaveable or freezable soft pack with strap to hold in place. Barely used -- I like to put cold on injuries and since this pad holds beads instead of gel it doesn't get cold enough for me. Might work better for heating.
