[FCNYC] OFFER: black wellies, rain boots, size 7, chelsea/ penn station

 

They're plain black, knee-high, shiny rubber boots, with a slight tear on
the inner arch of the right foot. The tear does cause the boots to leak, but
I think they could be duct taped back to functional. They are a tight size
7. I am in chelsea near penn station.
