[FCNYC] OFFER: Netgear network attached storage (NAS) device -- Union Sq

 

On offer, one Netgear SC-101 network attached storage device. Accepts two 3.5" IDE drives (not included) and connects to ethernet for storing stuff on your LAN.

Special note, although this unit "works" fine, I have had nothing but trouble with this cheap piece of junk and can't recommend it to anyone. If you plan on using it, be prepared to lose your data at some point (as I did). It also requires installing special drivers on your PC which can never be removed. Google "SC101 problems" for a sampling of other people's complaints.
