Available on the upper east side: 2/1 gallon of Behr premium eggshell
paint, color "oat cake" which is a light beige. Also, about 1/3 gallon of
white Kilz new drywall primer.
I'll usually respond to any reasonable e-mail even if to tell you that it
has been claimed but please don't ask me to call you, I've found this
works best over e-mail.
