I have a Baby Trend Flex Loc Infant Car Seat available to give away.
It was purchased in 2006, when it was top-rated by Consumer Reports. It was well-used, so it does show signs of wear, but it has never been in an accident and is structurally sound. I don't have the base because we never used it -- we felt using the seat belts offered a more secure ride, and the people at one of those kid car-seat safety checkpoints agreed.
It would be particularly good for folks without a car, who want to use it for occasional taxi and car service rides. But it's available to anyone.
