Century SmartMove convertible car seat for 20-40 lbs. It is a little bit dirty but can be cleaned. It uses a regular seat belt to secure. The pull down bar is missing two clips so the padding is loose but can be sewed together. I do not know of any recalls but you should check for yourself. Pick up is in chinatown.
