Very large, very heavy - great picture. You will need to be connected to cable OR get a converter. I had it connected to cable, so I never got a converter for it. It's a Toshiba, and I can't find the remote - I've been using only the cable remote. So you are getting only a TV. Period.
First floor in elevator building, if you take it out through the side, it's only 1 step. You should bring someone to help you carry it, or some sort of dolly.
It works very well. The screen is flat but it's not a skinny TV - dimensions are about 26" across and 22" deep or so. It needs to be on a solid surface.
