This is a quilted, poly-fill vest with a hood. It is white with periwinkle blue. Can be worn by boy or girl. It is clean, but white has some discoloration. It is part of a system where it can be zipped over a matching coat to make it warmer but I can't find the coat. It can be used with any coat that fits underneath.
Please make sure you can pick up when you say you will. Located near 1, C or E train stop in Chelsea. If you have flaked before, don't both to write.
