[FCNYC] OFFER: Krups Fresh Aroma Coffee Maker - Van Cortlandt Village / Riverdale, Bronx

 

Okay, I'm not using it anymore. And I need the counter space in my tiny galley kitchen more than holding onto my favorite coffee maker.

Warnings: This machine is NOT for the faint of heart. It takes a dedicated coffee lover to use this machine. But for those of you who qualify, it will produce a wonderful cup of coffee.

With good care this machine has lasted me, on and off, since Dec. 2001. No, it's not a burr grinder. But, for regular coffee a blade grinder is just fine. It steam cleans itself when finished so it needs to be wiped dry when it's done. Yes, it's a high maintenance machine. But I've found the resulting brew was always worth it. I regret needing to give it away. Yes, if you check it out on the internet it gets mostly bad reviews. But there are those few reviews that rave about this machine. I'm one of those people. Even some of the bad reviews only say it is high maintenance but that it makes great coffee.

So… I would like this machine to go to someone who can appreciate it.
