[FCNYC] OFFER: sewing machine Elnita (Chelsea)

 

A kind freecycler gave me a new sewing machine so I am passing along my well-loved Elnita.

This was top of the line 20 years ago.

It works but the motor sometimes needs time to engage when the pedal is pushed.

You can sew with it but it takes longer since it will repeatedly hesitate after running for a while.

It has never been serviced except for oil so this may be a case of needing an adjustment or a new motor.

Please only respond if you can pick up when you say you will. Prefer pick up today (sunday).
