We have the bag of hardware, but there may be a bolt missing.
There is a drawer underneath that does not fit perfectly in its tracks (we simply used it as under-crib storage and didn't bother trying to keep it in its tracks).
The crib is now disassembled and ready for pick-up from 2nd floor of elevator building.
