[FCNYC] OFFER: women's size 8M puffy black winter boots flats. Well-worn 9 West brand (Chelsea)

 

Women's well-worn black, flat soled winter boots.  Women's size 8M.  Brand (not size) is Nine West.  
These were originally water-proof when purchased about 5 years ago.  However, they have a couple of hard-to-see cracks in the upper.  While hard to see, these cracks will be easy to feel if you step into an inch of water.  These boots are lined with fleece and will keep your feet relatively warm but not necessarily dry.
Easy pick up in elevator building on 24th Street near 8th Ave.  If you have flaked before please do not contact me.  The boots are flats with no built-up heel.  They are best described as puffy, with bands like a down jacket.
